Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the okada777 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okada777, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the okada777 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.

okada777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification. Underage gambling is a serious offense under Philippine law, and okada777 has a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.

Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the okada777 Platform, you must register a user account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the okada777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. okada777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings associated with such accounts without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your account. You agree to notify okada777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. okada777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

okada777 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to submit any documents requested by okada777 for KYC purposes, which may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended.

Deposits & Payment Methods

okada777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be added or removed from time to time at okada777's sole discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your okada777 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method.
• okada777 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• okada777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your okada777 account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• okada777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.
• okada777 reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms, pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

okada777 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to your account at okada777's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okada777, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In no event shall okada777's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okada777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Account Termination

okada777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures).

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to okada777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body seated in the Philippines. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments to These Terms

okada777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, okada777 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
